Pilates Exercise

PRIVATE

A one-on-one session where we are free to work on specific goals. Learning technique, form, and freedom of movement. We move at your pace and work up endurance and stamina as we go. Virtual sessions available.

You + one, having the support of another in class to work on mutual goals and health. Grab a friend, family member , or inquire if I have a matching client looking for a partner.

Whether it’s a group of friends, family, co-workers, team members. Group pilates offers the benefits of mat pilates and other movement skills to grow strong and flexible together.
